Several meaningful updates landed in KeyNotes over the past few weeks. Here’s what changed and why it matters.

EventLog — Hardened, Paginated, and Migrated to InnoDB

The most significant work in this cycle. The EventLog has been rebuilt from the ground up: search is more reliable, pagination keeps large logs navigable, and the underlying table has been migrated to InnoDB. The result is a faster, more stable audit trail — one that holds up under real-world usage and meets the transparency expectations behavioral health organizations need.

Client Ledger — Stability and View Persistence

Two fixes here that users will notice immediately. First, ledger callbacks no longer fire on modal Cancel or Close actions — a subtle but frustrating behavior that’s now resolved. Second, your view position in the Client Ledger persists on page refresh and after callbacks, so you’re not losing your place mid-session.

A/R Summary Report — Refactored and More Accurate

The A/R Summary Report received a full accounting calculation fix alongside a performance improvement. Write-off fields and values are now visually distinct with updated color coding, making it easier to review at a glance.

Admin Export — Demographics

The raw demographics export now includes a Select All button and sortable columns, making bulk data pulls significantly faster for administrators.

Bug Fix — Progress Note Deletion

A bug where deleting a Progress Note failed to remove the associated sub-code from the Ledger has been resolved.
